Data we collect

  • Identity and contact details you submit on forms (name, email, markets traded, message content)
  • Booking and payment references needed to administer workshops, coaching, and reviews
  • Technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited when analytics cookies are accepted
  • Correspondence you send us by email or phone

Purposes and lawful bases

  • Responding to enquiries and managing bookings — legitimate interests and/or contract
  • Providing paid training and related administration — contract
  • Improving the site with aggregated analytics — consent where required for non-essential cookies
  • Meeting legal and accounting obligations — legal obligation

Retention

Enquiry messages are kept up to 24 months unless a booking follows. Booking and invoice records are retained for six years for accounting. Analytics data follows the cookie durations listed on our cookies page.

Sharing

We use service providers who process data on our instructions (for example email hosting and, if used, payment processors). We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information if required by law.

International transfers

If a provider stores data outside the UK, we use appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or adequacy regulations where applicable.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, or portability of your data, and you may object to certain processing. Children

Our training is aimed at adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
