Acceptance
By using module-test.digital or booking Module Test workshops, coaching, or market review sessions, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or book our training.
About us
Module Test provides technical analysis training focused on volume and breakout confirmation. We operate from Level 10, One Canada Square, Canary Wharf, London E14 5AB. Contact: hello@module-test.digital · +44 20 7418 2000.
Training services
Descriptions of workshops, coaching, and reviews are informational. Booking is confirmed only after we accept your enquiry and, where applicable, receive a deposit. Places are limited; we may decline a booking if the format is a poor fit for your experience level.
No investment advice
Training is educational. Nothing on this site or in our sessions constitutes investment advice, an invitation to deal in securities, or a personal recommendation. You remain responsible for your trading decisions and risk.
Intellectual property
Workbooks, checklists, chart packs, and site content belong to Module Test or our licensors. You may use materials for personal study after a paid session. You may not copy, resell, or teach from our packs commercially without written consent.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape content at scale, or submit false booking details. We may suspend access if we reasonably believe these terms are breached.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Module Test is not liable for trading losses, indirect losses, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or participation in training. Our aggregate liability for a booking is limited to the fees you paid for that booking. Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be limited under UK law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
